What is coaching?
Coaching is a conversation, or series of conversations, that can influence the understanding, learning, behaviour, or progress of the individual being coached. In these conversations a coach will facilitate a process of enquiry and discussion through listening, questioning, summaries, observation and feedback. Furthermore, a coach may offer constructive challenge to introduce and explore alternative perspectives or points of view. This allows the individual being coached to gain greater clarity, understanding and insight regarding a particular challenge, situation or topic.

If there is a mutual feeling of excitement about working together following the chemistry call, we can then establish a personalised coaching programme. This will include setting suitable dates, times, session frequency, location (in-person or online) and number of sessions. You remain in control throughout, setting the objectives for the programme and each individual session.
We are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress.
